WULOP Baltic States 2026 is the official Baltic semifinal of the World Universal League of Permanent Makeup (WULOP). Taking place in Vilnius, Lithuania, on September 28–29, 2026, the championship will bring together permanent makeup artists, judges, educators, and beauty professionals from across the Baltic region and beyond. Participants will compete in official WULOP categories on both live models and latex under international judging standards, with first-place winners qualifying to represent the Baltic States at the WULOP 2026 Grand Final in Turkey. Alongside the championship, attendees can participate in PMU Top Forum 2026, an international educational conference featuring expert lectures, live demonstrations, business and AI presentations, networking opportunities, and professional discussions. Organized by Inga Dmitruk and Gabrielė Saulė, the event is designed to promote professional excellence, international collaboration, and career development within the global permanent makeup industry.
