WULOP Bulgaria 2026 is one of the official semifinal events of the World Universal League of Permanent Makeup (WULOP), welcoming PMU artists, judges, educators, and beauty professionals from around the world. Held in the picturesque village of Starosel, the championship combines international competition with education, networking, and professional development. Participants will compete across multiple permanent makeup categories for the opportunity to qualify for the WULOP 2026 Grand Final in Antalya, Turkey. The event will also feature live educational presentations, internationally recognized judges, and leading brands supporting innovation within the PMU industry.
