WULOP Kazakhstan 2026 is the official semifinal of the World Universal League of Permanent Makeup (WULOP). The championship brings together permanent makeup professionals, judges, educators, and industry leaders from different countries. Participants compete across multiple PMU categories for the opportunity to qualify for the WULOP 2026 Grand Final in Antalya, Turkey. In addition to the competition, the event offers networking, education, professional exchange, and collaboration with leading brands and experts from the international PMU community.
