On June 9–10, 2026, Bishkek will once again become the center of the permanent makeup industry in Central Asia. Asia Fest 4.0, an international PMU congress and championship, will bring together artists, educators, judges, industry experts, and representatives of leading professional brands from different countries.

Over the years, Asia Fest has established itself as one of the region’s leading professional platforms, contributing to international collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the advancement of quality standards within the permanent makeup industry. Organized by Aijana Baisabaeva, the event will once again gather members of the professional community for two days of education, competition, and networking.
The Asia Fest 4.0 program will feature educational presentations, live demonstrations, professional discussions, and a large-scale international permanent makeup championship. Participants will have the opportunity to explore current industry trends, emerging technologies, equipment innovations, and professional solutions that continue to shape the field of micropigmentation.

One of the highlights of the festival will be the international championship, where more than 70 awards will be presented across multiple categories. Every participant will receive a trophy and certificate of participation, while top competitors will have the opportunity to compete for special awards, cash prizes, and the event’s grand prize — a car for the Absolute Champion. A laser device has also been announced as one of the special Grand Prix awards.
As always, special attention will be given to professional judging standards. The international judging panel will include respected industry professionals: Larisa Mozarina, Altynai Kuttubek Kyzy, Kristina Bulat, Irina Shcherbakova, Olga Yakovleva, Daria Shekshaeva, Ayturgan Bekbolotova, Marina Aidinyan, Elida Zamirova, Arsen Mazmanyan, Umeda Tashripova, Zhazira Nurzhanova, Rustem Simtikov, and Albina Shokueva. The international composition of the jury is expected to ensure a high level of expertise and an objective evaluation process.

Among the partners of Asia Fest 4.0 are Defenderr, Elitederma, SHEFER, Etalon Mix, Peinto, Master of Pigments, Mayer, and FACE. The participation of both international and regional brands will play an important role in the event, giving attendees an opportunity to discover the latest market developments, innovative products, and modern technologies used in permanent makeup.
A distinctive feature of Asia Fest 4.0 will be its ethnic concept inspired by the cultural traditions of Kyrgyzstan. The organizers aim to combine the format of a modern international professional event with national cultural elements, creating a unique atmosphere for guests and participants.
As the permanent makeup industry continues to grow rapidly throughout Central Asia, events such as Asia Fest serve not only as competitive platforms but also as important tools for professional education, international collaboration, and the development of a strong professional community.
Asia Fest 4.0 is expected to once again bring together some of the industry's most accomplished professionals and reinforce its position as one of the leading PMU events in the region, uniting education, professional excellence, and innovation on a single platform.
