The 29th edition of Cosmoprof Asia will take place on 10–13 November 2026 across two venues in Hong Kong, bringing together beauty manufacturing, product development, finished cosmetics and professional services from across the global beauty industry.

Beauty professionals attend Cosmoprof Asia not only to discover new products, but also to assess emerging technologies, meet potential partners and understand how the international beauty market is evolving.

Cosmoprof Asia is a major international business-to-business exhibition for the beauty industry in the Asia-Pacific region. Its format connects the beauty supply chain with finished products and professional services, bringing together manufacturers, suppliers, brands, distributors, retailers and salon professionals.

A Platform for the Complete Beauty Value Chain

Rather than focusing solely on finished products, Cosmoprof Asia represents multiple stages of the beauty value chain. Its exhibitors include companies involved in ingredients, formulation, contract manufacturing, OEM/ODM and private-label manufacturing, packaging, machinery, finished cosmetics, distribution, and professional beauty services.

The structure gives international companies access to potential suppliers and regional partners, while enabling Asian manufacturers and brands to present their products and capabilities to buyers from other markets.

Four Specialized Shows Across Two Venues

The 2026 event follows a four-show format across two venues in Hong Kong, bringing together specialised exhibitions covering the beauty supply chain, finished cosmetics, and professional beauty sectors.

Cosmopack Asia will take place from 10 to 12 November 2026 at AsiaWorld-Expo. Dedicated to the beauty supply chain, it covers contract manufacturing, private-label production, ingredients, packaging, machinery and production technologies.

Cosmoprof Asia will take place from 11 to 13 November 2026 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. This venue will host two specialised shows: Perfumery, Cosmetics & Nail and Hair & Beauty Salon.

Together, the two venues allow visitors to explore both the technologies behind beauty products and the finished products brought to professional and retail markets.

Connecting Manufacturing with Market Innovation

Every beauty product begins with contributions from ingredient suppliers, formulation laboratories, contract manufacturers, packaging companies, machinery developers and brand teams. Cosmoprof Asia brings these participants into one coordinated trade event.

Manufacturers can identify ingredients and production partners, brands can explore product development expertise, and distributors or retailers can compare established companies with emerging suppliers.

The result is a business-focused exhibition that extends beyond product launches to cover the commercial and technical infrastructure behind the beauty market.

Cosmoprof Asia 2026 in Numbers

For the 2026 edition, the organisers expect more than 2,900 exhibitors, over 78,000 visits, and 16 country and group pavilions.

Participating companies span cosmetic manufacturing, skincare, fragrance, makeup, nail care, haircare, salon equipment, packaging, machinery, ingredients and private-label production. This range allows visitors to compare suppliers, technologies and market opportunities across multiple beauty categories.

Beyond the Exhibition Floor

Alongside the exhibition, Cosmoprof Asia features educational programmes and initiatives recognising innovation presented by exhibitors.

CosmoTalks, the event’s education programme, provides a platform for discussions on beauty market trends, industry strategy, and developments shaping the sector.

BIFA Symposium, organised in collaboration with the Hong Kong Society of Cosmetic Chemists (HKSCC), a member of the International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic Chemists (IFSCC), is a leading scientific forum held at Cosmopack Asia. It focuses on ingredients, fragrances, formulation breakthroughs, and enabling technologies, bringing together experts to explore scientific advances and their application in beauty product development.

The Cosmoprof and Cosmopack Asia Awards highlight products and solutions presented by exhibitors, recognising achievements in areas such as innovation, formulation, packaging, and design.

International Business and Professional Networking

The exhibition connects manufacturers with distributors, buyers with brands, and product developers with packaging and technology suppliers.

Such connections are particularly relevant in an industry where ingredients, manufacturing, packaging and distribution may involve companies based in several different countries.

Face-to-face meetings allow businesses to discuss partnerships, assess regional market differences and identify developments that may affect future product and distribution strategies.

Why Cosmoprof Asia Matters to the Permanent Makeup Industry

Permanent makeup increasingly intersects with cosmetic science, pigment development, skincare, device engineering, packaging and product safety, making developments in these fields relevant to the profession.

Potentially relevant areas include skincare ingredients that may be used in pre- and post-procedure products, packaging designed to support product stability and hygiene, and manufacturing technologies applicable to devices, consumables and professional formulations.

For manufacturers and distributors of PMU devices, pigments, aftercare products and disposable supplies, the exhibition may provide access to suppliers and technologies beyond the dedicated permanent makeup market. It can also help them observe developments in adjacent beauty sectors that may later influence PMU product design, packaging or distribution.

Conclusion

For manufacturers, brands, distributors and beauty professionals, the event offers a concentrated view of product development, sourcing, international distribution and developments across the professional beauty market. For the permanent makeup sector, its relevance lies in adjacent areas—from skincare and packaging to manufacturing and professional equipment—that can inform future PMU products and business strategies.
